Most insurance policies contain clauses that limit their liability for damages after a house has been vacant for more than three (3) days.
If you home is vacant for three (3) days or more, whatever your situation may be, Vacation Coverage is here to assist you.
Our services include ensuring that your insurance policy continues to cover any damages while you are away for extended periods of time. We also take care of watering house plants, bringing in mail, checking all appliances, heat/air conditioning, and ensuring that all home systems are in good working order. Additionally, we provide video and photos of each visit for your records or as evidence in insurance claims.
For a minor additional fee, we offer services such as starting vehicles in cold weather, garbage maintenance, in-home pet care for cats and birds, picking up and dropping off your canine to a kennel, boarding, or pet sitter, coordinating snow removal, landscaping and grass cutting, home cleaning, and watering lawns and outdoor plants.

My name is Carol, and I personally provide all services for Vacation Coverage. I bring a wealth of experience to ensure the safety and security of your home while you are away. To ensure you have the comfort and confidence in my abilities, integrity and professionalism, we’ll first schedule a pre-meet to discuss your needs.
Vacation Coverage service offers in-person home visits in the Greater Toronto Area. We will schedule visits to your home (GTA) two to three times a week or customized to your needs. During each visit, we will document the condition of your home with videos and photos to ensure its safety and the soundness of all appliances and structures. This thorough documentation not only helps meet insurance policy requirements but also provides you with peace of mind knowing that your home is being well taken care of in your absence.

- While we do not provide security services, we are happy to assist in sourcing them if necessary. Our services cater to seasonal residents, vacationers, frequent travelers, and private owners of vacant properties.
For added peace of mind, we video ourselves during visits and will contact you immediately in case of an emergency. If you are unavailable, rest assured that we will handle the situation with the utmost care and use our best judgment to address any issues promptly and effectively.

- $75 per visit: Keele Street to the East; Southdown the West; Hwy 401 to the North;
